基于提高α-亚麻酸得率的高速剪切辅助 水酶法提取紫苏籽油的工艺优化Optimization of extraction process for high α-linolenic acid perilla seed oil using high speed shear assisted aqueous enzymatic method
旨在为紫苏籽油的生产提供技术指导,采用高速剪切辅助水酶法提取紫苏籽油。以α-亚麻酸得率为响应值,以固液比、剪切速率、剪切时间、酶处理温度、酶处理时间为自变量,利用单因素试验结合响应面试验优化紫苏籽油提取工艺。结果表明,高速剪切辅助水酶法提取紫苏籽油的最佳工艺条件为固液比1∶ 4、剪切速率12 100 r/min、剪切时间4.2 min、酶处理温度40 ℃、酶处理时间3 h,在最佳工艺条件下α-亚麻酸得率为38.2%。综上,采用高速剪切辅助水酶法可有效提取紫苏籽油,且α-亚麻酸得率较高。 In order to provide technical guidance for the produ...
