One of the controversial norms examined is many normative substances contrary to anti-corruption principles. So the focus of this study is on How the Problems of Norms in the Minerba Law are considered to hinder efforts to eradicate corruption in the Mineral and Coal Mining sector. Second, designing the blueprint for the Minerba Law so that anti-corruption principles can be appropriately adopted, this study uses normative legal research methods with descriptive research specifications.
