description Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle(QCC) activities in improving the quality of subcutaneous anticoagulant injection. Methods A QCC group was established and activity theme of improving standard rate of subcutaneous anticoagulant injection was clarified. Factors influencing the subcutaneous anticoagulant injection was investigated and analyzed, and the PDCA procedure was adopted for decision making and countermeasures implementation. Results The standard rate of subcutaneous anticoagulant injection was increased form 52. 38% to 88. 00% after implementation of QCC activities. Conclusion The QCC is an effective management tool in improving the quality of subcutaneous anticoagulant injection and ensuring the safety and effectiveness of anticoagulation. (目的 探讨品管圈活动提高抗凝剂皮下注射规范率的效果。方法 成立品管圈, 确立”提高抗凝剂皮下注射规范率”为活动主题, 进行计划拟定、现况把握、原因分析, 运用 PDCA 程序, 拟定对策并组织实施, 分析效果。结果 针对改善重点, 通过品管圈活动将抗凝剂皮下注射规范率由52. 38%提高至88. 00%。结论 通过品管圈活动, 有效提高了抗凝剂皮下注射规范率, 提高患者使用抗凝药物的安全性和有效性。)
