Self-reported beta-lactam allergy, mislabeling and inappropriate antibiotic use: a study from South India
This study assessed beta-lactam allergy labels in 300 hospitalized adults using validated scores. Over 50% with penicillin and 21% with cephalosporin allergies were classified as low risk.
