| Summary: | The purpose of this research is to study of the relationship awareness of citizenship rights with social behavior among students of Payame Noor University of Bandar Abbas. The study population consists of students in the Payame Noor University of Bandar Abbas. The method of study was survey with a questionnaire technique. A sample of 350 students were selected by simple random sampling. After collecting questionnaire, the data were analyzed by SPSS software. The results of this research demonstrate that the variables including gender, parents of education have significant relationship with the awareness of citizenship rights. It was also determined that there was no significant relationship between socio-economic status and awareness of citizenship rights. Also there was a significant relationship between awareness of citizenship rights, dimensions of political, gender, cultural of citizenship rights with social behavior. In the step-wise regression analysis, after all the dimensions of citizenship rights entered in the analysis, ultimately four dimensions of gender, political, civil, cultural remained in the equation and totally explained 9/1 percent of the variance of dependent variable. |
