description Aim. Results of comprehensive study of the morphological structure of the female genital organs of dead fetuses from the mothers with pregnancy complications showed structure abnormalities of the fetus. Methods and results. It was found that uterus, ovaries and fallopian tubes undergone unidirectional changes: pronounced sclerotic and atrophic processes along with the phenomena of proliferation and hormonal activity on the part of epithelial component bodies. Hyalinosis and sclerosis of the wall were detected in the vascular component of the gonads. Conclusion. These peculiarities of the structure can lead to a breach of the germinal function in further ontogenesis.
