description GB/T14594-93 Quality of electric energy supply Harmonics in public supply network provides some regulations of limits for customer , s infuse harmonic current and harmonic voltage at PCC. At the condition of only one harmonic user connecting to the grid, user , s harmonic responsibility can be evaluated based on this standard. But the measured value is superposed by many harmonic components in complex harmonic environment, and there is no related assessment method in national stardard, hence it is very difficult to estimate the power quality. On the basis of the large-scale investigation, it briefly analyzed the deficiencies of existing methods firstly. Then based on current calculation methods, a practical method for assessing harmonic responsibility was presented from the angle of harmonic voltage. Finally, an example analysis was offered to illustrate the effectiveness of this method.
