| Summary: | The paper presents the development of a schematic diagram and a mathematical model of a direct current power source based on a 24-pulse autotransformer-rectifier unit. The results of calculation in relative units of the number of turns and positions of the winding taps of the proposed converter are presented based on the analysis of the phasor diagram. A mathematical model of the proposed converter has been developed based on differential equations of the voltages of the primary and secondary windings, magnetomotive forces, currents and magnetic fluxes. Computer simulation of the created power source in the Matlab software package has been carried out based on the presented mathematical model. Oscillograms have been obtained that display the features of electromagnetic processes in the converter, including the curves of currents and voltages of its windings. The calculation of the quality indices of the power source has been performed, confirming its operability and high quality of work. The compliance of the quality indices with modern standards, including those for the aviation industry, has been assessed. |
