description Cystic and bullous lung transformation occurs in diseases of various origins: neoplastic, genetically determined, rheumatic, lymphoproliferative, and infectious diseases. The paper presents a review of the literature and a clinical case of a young female patient with a long history of Sjögren's disease. Fifteen years after the onset of the disease, the patient developed cystic and bullous lung transformation and renal angiomyolipoma, which are regarded as a manifestation of probable lymphangioleiomyomatosis.
