| Summary: | This paper summarizes the nursing experience of an obese patient with chronic liver failure complicated by hematoma around the infusion port after intravenous infusion port implantation. Key points of care include a thorough assessment of systemic and local skin conditions; Change the functional dressing according to the bleeding grade; Observation and nursing of subcutaneous hematoma; Correct selection and replacement of non-damaging needles. After careful treatment and nursing, the patient recovered well 11 days after the operation and was discharged successfully; At 35 days after surgery, the subcutaneous hematoma dissipated and the incision healed. (本研究总结了1例慢性肝衰竭肥胖患者植入静脉输液港后注射座周围血肿的护理经验。护理要点包括: 全面评估患者全身及局部皮肤情况; 根据渗血分级更换功能性敷料; 密切观察皮下血肿并采取针对性护理措施; 正确选择与更换无损伤针。经过精心的治疗与护理, 静脉输液港植入术后11 d患者恢复良好, 顺利出院; 术后35d, 患者皮下血肿消散, 切口愈合。) |
