Summary: | Since solar radiation has a great impact on the thermal environment,three dimensional temperature field of the passenger compartment was simulated by using ray tracing method based on RANS methods. The influence of the insulation glass on the passenger compartment temperature was also quantitative analyzed. The result of calculation shows that solar radiation and body heat flux have a significant impact on the temperature field inside the cabin. The application of the insulation glass can reduce the maximum intensity of the solar transmitted radiation by 14. 4 percent,consequently make the maximum temperature of panel area decreased by 3. 5 centigrade. The research results can be applied to optimize the thermal environment of the passenger compartment. |
