Summary:On the basis of the developed mathematical model of orboklystron-amplifiers with sheet beams calculations of frequency and peak characteristics of regenerative amplifiers on frequencies of 180-600 GHz are carried out. The calculation electronic efficiency of orboklystron-amplifiers with sheet beams on frequencies 180-600 GHz can reach values of 1-5 %, gain is 23-26 dB, electronic power is 2,0-2,9 W.
