Optimum parameters for Ra and circularity of hole at entry and exit are obtained as feed rate at 0.125 mm/rev, spindle speed at 300 rpm, diameter of drill at 8 mm, and % Vol. of Si<sub>3</sub>N<sub>4</sub> at 5%. Using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), we observed that spindle speed is the most influential parameter followed by feed rate. |
