Summary:Aiming at the development of the water motor of petrochemical decoking transmission,the method of pitch curve calculation and tooth profile machining of non- circular planetary gear with tooth surface modification is studied. By using the multiobjective optimization theory,the mathematical model to solve the pitch curve of non- circular planetary gear is established,the calculation theory of non- circular gear tooth profile is proposed,the program of solving the pitch curve and tooth profile coordinate calculation is developed based on the software of Matlab. The correctness of the theory and the feasibility of the software are verified through the example calculation and processing and assembling experiment.
