| Summary: | The article analyzes the modern formation of the ecosystem, in particular, presents the dynamics of Internet users in Russia and mobile devices with Internet access, examines data characterizing the use of remote service channels in Russia and calculates the share of users of digital banking channels in Russia, identifies rating indicators Internet banking systems for individuals. The authors concluded that customers received services that significantly increase the convenience of using banking services; the number of clients using remote service systems is growing, which allows to reduce the number of bank branches and reduce operating costs without the risk of reducing the client base. |
