It can play an important role in the occurrence of frailty syndrome. This study aimed to determine the prevalence of iron-deficiency anemia and its association with frailty syndrome in older adults from Bushehr, south of Results Among participants, 50.51% were women and the rest were men. The prevalence of frailty syndrome was 18.53%, and 58.2% were pre-frail. The prevalence of anemia in frail people was 13.92%, while in non-frail people it was 8.11%.
