| Summary: | BETWEEN ISOLATIONISM AND THE INTEGRITY OF THE SUBJECT OF RESEARCH IN POLITICAL AND ADMINISTRATION SCIENCES AND SECURITY SCIENCES
The aim of the article is to present the subject of research in the social sciences, in particular in the sciences of politics and administration and security sciences. The intention of the article is to show two different research positions relating, on the one hand, to the interdisciplinarity of undertaken scientific research, and on the other hand, to objective isolationism, thus indicating a strict cognitive framework for specific social phenomena. The author wishes to point out the doubts of the research community regarding the identity of security sciences and political sciences. In addition, this article attempts to answer the question of whether there is a dispute regarding the subject of research in the sciences of security and the science of politics and administration.
