Description
Summary:Alpha-1 antitrypsin is a relatively well-known genetic disease known to primarily affect the lungs and liver. Extrapulmonary manifestations of this disease have been reported, including vascular aneurysms. To date, few cases have reported vascular manifestations of this disease affecting the pulmonary vasculature. Here, we present a rare manifestation of alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency leading to a saccular pulmonary artery aneurysm.
