| description | Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle(QCC) activities in the improvement of standard subcutaneous injection of anticoagulants. Methods A QCC group was established, and factors influencing the subcutaneous anticoagulant injection were investigated and analyzed, and the PDCA procedure was adopted for decision making and countermeasures implementation. Results The standard rate of subcutaneous anticoagulant injection was increased form 55. 07% to 67. 95% after implementation of QCC activities. Conclusion The QCC is an effective management tool in improving the quality of subcutaneous anticoagulant injection and ensuring the safety and effectiveness of anticoagulation. (目的 探讨品管圈活动提高抗凝药物皮下注射规范率的效果。方法 开展问题解决型品管圈活动, 通过现状分析、原因解析, 制定了针对性对策并予以实施。结果 抗凝药物皮下注射规范率从55. 07%提高至67. 95%。结论 品管圈活动能够提高抗凝药物皮下注射规范率, 保障护理安全, 提升护理服务质量。) |
