| Summary: | The study of the clinical group of patients with self-poisoning with antihypertensive drugs is an urgent complex task due to its heterogeneity, high comorbidity of somatic and mental (depressive) disorders, as well as combination of a number of unfavorable social and environmental stress factors. In the present review, based on identifying the relatively specific psychological and sociodemographic groups, and risk factors of self-poisoning antihypertensive drugs the necessity of clinical-psychological support of patients with self-poisoning. General principles of suicide prevention among the groups most at risk in the primary care network formulated. |
