THE PRINCIPLE OF LEGALITY IN FORENSIC PRACTICE
The paper examines the significance of the principle of legality in the context of regulation of forensic practice. The cross-sectoral nature of forensic science as a concept is emphasized. The historical background of the principle of legality is discussed.
