| description | For some time now, the question of transculturalism has been at the forefront of contemporary concerns. Leaders, politicians, academics, thinkers, educators, and other stakeholders can no longer ignore this question or leave it unanswered. Literature remains one of the most effective means of thinking about man, his existence, and the world against the backdrop of on-going geopolitical transformations. The literary production of the new generation of Moroccan writers in French has given new life to Moroccan literature, and we are now witnessing the reinvention of this literature. The new generation Moroccan novel is majestically transcending reductive barriers of regionalism, demonstrating a will to take its place on a universal stage at the centre of the concerns not just of a new society but of the world. Transculturalism is now, increasingly, the problematic at the heart of fictional writings. Reflections about man, about his state of existence, about the dialogue of cultures and civilisations are the major themes of Moroccan literature of the new generation. Through this study, which deals with the francophone Moroccan literary figure Mohamed Leftah, we will focus on Moroccan novels published in French between 1990 and 2010 with the aim of revealing aspects of the renaissance taking place. Nul doute que la question de l'interculturel est passée depuis quelque temps au premier plan de toutes les préoccupations. Hommes d'État, politiciens, universitaires, penseurs, éducateurs, aucun acteur social ne peut plus l'ignorer ni la laisser sans réponse. Quant à la littérature, elle reste l'un des moyens les plus efficaces pour réfléchir sur l'homme, sur son être et sur un monde en pleines mutations géopolitiques. La production littéraire de la nouvelle génération d'écrivains marocains de langue française a donné un nouvel essor à la littérature marocaine. Nous assistons ainsi à un renouveau de cette littérature. Le roman marocain de la nouvelle génération transcende majestueusement les barrières du régionalisme réducteur, il manifeste ostensiblement sa volonté de se situer dans une échelle universelle, au centre des préoccupations de la nouvelle société et du monde. La problématique de l'interculturel prend de plus en plus de la prépondérance au coeur de la création romanesque. Réfléchir sur l'homme, sur son être, sur le dialogue des cultures, et des civilisations sont parmi les grandes orientations du roman marocain de la nouvelle génération. A travers cette étude consacrée à une figure de la littérature marocaine de langue française à savoir Mohamed Leftah nous essayerons de jeter un éclairage que nous espérons efficient sur les aspects nouveaux du roman marocain de langue française publié entre les années 1990 et 2010. |
