Description
Summary:Aiming to quickly identify whether synthetic colorants are added to wine and accurately quantify, a HPLC method was established to simultaneously detect 11 kinds of synthetic colorants in wine. The experimental samples were diluted with ammonium acetate solution, filtered directly after centrifugation at 8 000 r/min, separated with Zorbax SB-C18 column by gradient elution, and detected by multi-wavelength (288 nm, 425 nm, 515 nm, 620 nm). The results shown that the method was characterized by simple pre-treatment, no interference from impurities under the maximum absorption wavelength of each colorants, high sensitivity, low detection limit (0.05 mg/L), low limit of quantitation (0.15 mg/L), and good linear relationship (R2≥0.999 4) in the range of 0.20-50 mg/L. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of precision tests results was 1.86%-2.61%, and the recovery rates were 93.0%-103.0%. The method was suitable for rapid and accurate detection of synthetic colorants in wine.
