| Summary: | The wine territories represent an experimental laboratory highlighting the notion of landscape located in the triptych of a spatial materialism, but also object of cultural representations and source of stakes and territorial strategies. This methodological analysis focusing on the articulation between these various methodological entrances, not often crossed in the abstract approach, allows to enlighten the notion of landscape as a category of the action in front of the stakes which face today number of rural spaces. It allows to describe the way that the different actors "seize" (or not) the landscape in order to point out a process of landscaping. The main issue questions then the conditions of emergence of a landscape preoccupation, as a translation of the relationship of the society to its environment. |
