Como estratégia metodológica foi utilizada a oficina lúdica na qual os dados foram coletados a partir de desenhos e de depoimentos verbais. Os dados foram analisados com o auxílio de autores sobre o imaginário e o cotidiano. As crianças pesquisadas exprimem imagens sobre o que é bom e o que é ruim no hospital; o ser saudável e o cuidar. Constatou-se que as imagens se encontram relacionadas com a cultura, muitas delas influenciando as crenças sobre a saúde e a doença. Este trabalho reforça importância de o profissional da saúde estar atento às expressões das crianças, permitindo que estas expressem o sentir e o pensar, ampliando as possibilidades do saudável, mesmo na presença de doença como o câncer.
Abstract
This is an exploratory descriptive research realized with five children who were detected cancer and were hospitalized in a hemato-oncologic unit in a Pediatric Hospital in the south of Brasil. It has as objective to allow the expression of the images of what mean to be in a hospital. As the methodological strategy was used playful workshops in which the data were collected by drawings and spoken reports. The data were analyzed with some authors help about the imaginary and the daily life. The studied children show images about what is good or bad in a hospital, being health and taking care. It was detected that the images were related with the culture, many of them influencing the beliefs about health and disease. This work reinforces the importance of the health professional being alert to children expressions, allowing them to express the act of feel and think in order to expand the health possibilities even in the presence of a disease like cancer. |
