| description | It seems still to be complicated and difficult to design the planet gear transmission.Therefore,in this paper,the complex epicyclic gear trains made up by two 2K-H differential gear trains are analyzed,the some complex epicyclic gear trains suitable to the gear ratio range of planet gear transmissions are selected to form the transmission design sketches assembled with brakes,and the transmission designed sketches with the relevant gear ratio formulas and their range of changes are listed in the table.During the design,based on the gear ratio of transmissions needed,the relevant sketches can be chosen from the table and the overall transmission design sketch and kinematic diagram of the planet gear transmission can be obtained,and at the same time,the corresponding gear ratio formulas can be found by referring to the table and the tooth number of various system gear trains can be calculated rapidly as well. |
