description This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style (servant leadership), workload, and work discipline on employee performance in Regional Companies in West Java. The background of this research is based on the importance of employee performance in supporting the achievement of organizational goals, where leadership, workload management, and employee discipline play a significant role. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is a significant influence of servant leadership, workload, and work discipline on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. Data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to 145 employees and analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that workload and work discipline have a significant positive influence on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). In contrast, servant leadership has no significant effect on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.706 (p > 0.05). Simultaneously, the three variables have a significant effect on employee performance. This finding indicates that although servant leadership does not have a direct impact, effective workload management and discipline level to the employee's performance have a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). In contrast, servant leadership does not have a significant effect on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.706 (p> 0.05). Simultaneously, the three variables have a significant effect on employee performance. This finding indicates that although servant leadership does not have a direct impact, effective workload management and a high level of work discipline are key factors in improving employee performance.
