Only a conduct aligned to the labour safety and health requirements, acknowledging and accepting the same by volition may lead to an effective implementation of the labour safety and health management system. At S.C. ARPECHIM, labour safety and health management must be prepared as a management system aiming for the ongoing cooperation between all employees in order to improve labour safety and health, to reduce at maximum the illness costs and labour accidents. |
