This study aims to analyze the management strategy of boarding education at the Bustanul Ulum Way Kanan Islamic Boarding School and its implications on the formation of students' character. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data is collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the management strategy of boarding education at the Bustanul Ulum Way Kanan Islamic Boarding School has gone well, with positive implications for the formation of students' character.
