description Problem of formation doses are considered at the peroral entering of 137Cs in the organism of laboratory rats. First the functions of isotopes retention and values of biokinetic constants have been determined for different organs and tissues. Multicamerate model for description of biokinetics of radionuclides in the organism is proposed. Advantages of application of this model for estimation of absorbed doses are discussed in comparison to existent models.
