Description
Summary:For discussing the entropy characters of two neighboring sites mutation at the molecular level, a set of differential equations were founded about two neighboring sites mutations of a DNA sequences with limited length, based on the two-parameter model, and the function was got which could describe the processes of variation in quantity of 16 kinds of base combinations in the DNA sequence. The conclusions were proved that neighboring sites mutations maintained their entropy and species evolve in the direction of entropy and biodiversity increasing, which was fit to the characteristic of mutations under the one-parameter model. Furthermore, these conclusions could be extended to the situation of three and more neighboring sites mutation. To prove the theoretical results, a series of computer simulations of two neighboring sites mutation were done in MATLAB programming environment.
