EVALUATION OF AVALANCHE PHOTODETECTORS NOISE FACTOR OPERATING IN PHOTON COUNTING MODE
The expressions for determination of the avalanche photodetectors noise factor are proposed. The silicon avalanche photodetectors noise factor depending on the supply voltage, ambient temperature, the power of registered optical radiation are measured.
