| Summary: | This article is devoted to the problems of a normative-regulatory nature related to the construction of the technical infrastructure in Bulgarian settlements. The problems that need to be solved are derived from the foundation of the legislation and the imposed practice by the state as an owner and the relevant competencies assigned to the public authorities at the central and local levels. Separate parts and problems of the infrastructure are analyzed, such as gas supply, protection of the local environment and road facilities and others that are important for the functioning of settlements and settlements. The corresponding conclusions and assessments are made about the possibilities for improving the level of public works in our country, and the main challenges facing the development of settlements are outlined on the basis of the regulatory framework and the influence of the legal framework on the ongoing processes. |
