description Helical tooth synchronous belt drives due to a noise reduction performance have been paid attention in the field of belt transimassion.The new helical synchronous belt with higher teeth is a new development of helical synchronous belt transimasstion.The study of transmission interferences,noise and fatigue life is carried out by using meshing principle analysis and test methods.The results show that the new higber helical tooth synchronous belt has a significant improvement in reducing noise and increasing fatigue life.
