| Summary: | The purpose of the article is to analyze the documentation support of management processes in information institutions, to reveal new challenges facingthem and to outline the prospects for their further activity. Research methodology. The work uses a set of general scientific research methods: systematic, comparative, analysis and synthesis. Scientific novelty. New challenges faced by information institutions aimed at protecting information systems from cyber threats suchas hacker attacks and malware, as well as the introduction of new technologies (artificial intelligence and blockchain) are traced. The article outlines the prospects for improving the documentary support for the management of information institutions, in particular, automation of document management processes, including registration, storage and search for documents, development of interfaces for integration of document management systems with financial, personnel and other corporate systems, and professional development of personnel. Conclusions. In modern conditions, documentation of management processes in information institutions plays an important role in ensuring efficiency and transparency of activities. It helps to structure important information to make informed decisions and monitor the implementation of tasks. Implementation of modern document management systems enables fast data exchange, reduces the risk of errors and improves customer service, which is the ultimate goal of any management process. |
