| Summary: | The Carassius auratus genetoxicity and ATPase activity for mixture metals have been studied. The results demonstrated that there was negative linear correlation between the Na/K ATPase activity and the exposure concentration of mixture metals in the tissue of gill. brain and liver as well. The sensitivity order of the Na/K ATPase activity among the three tissues was brain>gill>liver for the mixture metal, their EC50 was 1.63, 0.92, 2.02 mg/L respectively. The 3H-TdR incorporation experiment demonstrated that the best sampling time was 6 h after injection. The mixture-metal toxicity for Carassius auratus was double effect, the DNA synthesis was damaged at lower concentration and would be inhibited at higher concentration; There is a significant correlationship between the Na/K ATPase activity and 3H-TdR radioactivity in the tissue of liver and gill. |
