description An iris cyst attached to the endothelium causing decrease in vision is extremely rare. A twenty year old gentleman presented with painless progressive decrease in vision in the right eye for four months. Anterior segment evaluation revealed a 3.5 mm circular mass, brown in colour attached to the comeal endothelium but free from both iris and lens. It was removed through a clear corneal incision and histopathological examination was consistent with a benign epithelial cyst of the iris.
