| Summary: | Based on a study conducted on the series Germinal and Around the World in 80 Days (2021), produced as part of the France Télévisions-RAI-ZDF European Alliance, this article explores the emergence of strategic international collaboration spaces through which various engagement strategies in the globalization of the audiovisual sector are developed. It focuses particularly on the challenges that such creative consortiums pose in terms of editorialization and collaborative modalities. Methodologically, the approach is deliberately empirical, relying on the accumulation of case studies and the combination of quantitative and qualitative data to situate and understand the strategies of players in the audiovisual sector and the economic dynamics of cultural globalization with which they must contend. |
