description Health literacy effectively controls the general health of middle-aged people, how to receive services, and comprehensive care for middle-aged people. Therefore, the present study investigated the relationship between health literacy and the quality of health services received with general health in middle-aged women. In this cross-sectional study, 260 middle-aged women referred to health centers were included in an accessible manner, keeping in mind the inclusion criteria. Information was collected using demographic questionnaires, public health, health literacy, and quality of services received. The significance level was 0.05. In the survey, 55% of middle-aged women were 30-39 years. 60.4% of people had good health literacy, and 50% had mild disease symptoms in general health. The provided health care services have not met the expectations of middle-aged women, and the gap in service quality was expressed. Health literacy had a significant relationship with the occurrence of disorders in general health (P<0.05). The quality of the services received had a significant relationship with the incidence of social functioning disorder and depression (P=0.05). Health literacy is at the optimal level in middle-aged women, and the incidence of general health disorders is at a mild level. Due to the service quality gap expressed by women, health center officials pay attention to reducing the service quality gap provided by the personnel of comprehensive health service centers, including solutions to improve the health of middle-aged women.
