<正>患者,男,77岁,因"厌食1年,加重伴恶心、呕吐1周"于2017年8月25日入院。化验检查尿蛋白阳性,血肌酐轻度升高(具体不详),同时发现血压高,最高160/80 mmHg,未系统诊治。半年前检查血肌酐180 μmol/L;1周前患者厌食有所加重,并伴有恶心、呕吐等不适,呕吐物为胃内容物,伴有体质量明显下降,近一年约下降10 kg左右,遂就诊我院。病程中时有头晕,无胸闷、气短,无关节疼痛,无光过敏,无口腔溃疡,饮食欠佳,睡眠尚可,大小便...
