By the review designed purine derivatives at C2 with C6 and C9 are active against Brest cancer cell lines, C2, C4 and C7 against colon and blood cancer, C4 against kidney cancer cells, C6 against liver, lung, luekamia and colon cancer cell line, C7, Brest, liver and metastatic colon cancer and C8 substituted are active against majority of cancer cell lines. With respect to pyrimidine derivatives tetra substituents at 1, 2, 4 and 6 are active against Metastatic cancer in Brest, pancreas and liver cells, 2, 4 and 6 tri substituted against Metastatic cancer in Brest, pancreas and liver, against Arora kinase, leukemia and colon cancer, Further they are active against non small cell lung cancer and CNS cell lines respectively.
