Summary:It is shown that the development of universities as innovation structures determines the regional innovation economy sector. Quality and competitiveness improvement of the educational infrastructures requires restructuring the university job training process. It is proved that the creation of the innovation infrastructure contributes to the implementation of the scientific and technological activities results. The innovation infrastructure role in the integrated education development is specified. The innovation transfer process is presented as a multi-dimensional concept, and its partners – as objects of the enterprise innovation infrastructures. The university innovation infrastructure development is based on the interaction of the consulting, engineering, information, and telecommunication services. It is proved that the innovative infrastructure existence is a critical success factor for the higher educational establishment. The investigation of the innovation trend conceptual model proves that the university infrastructure possesses the self-development property. Integrated structure partners can be estimated according to the project output results. The innovation infrastructure paradigm shift predetermines development of all the institutional forms resulting in the formation of the specialized innovative structures.
