| description | Early diagnosis of recurrent ovarian granulose cell tumors (OGCT) remains an urgent problem of modern oncogynecology. Inhibin B is one of the most potentially important markers of OGCT. Nevertheless, in the world there are today only single studies evaluating the clinical value of inhibin B. The paper presents serum inhibin B measurements in patients with recurrent OGCT. The findings suggest that inhibin B has a high (80-100%) diagnostic sensitivity and 100% specificity. |
