Description
Summary:On the occasion of the research for the elaboration of this scientific paper, I plan to treat the constituent elements of the criminal offences of deception and trading in influence succinctly, in order to neatly lay off their defining characteristics. Based on the above, I believe that the analysis of the two offences separately is highlighted for a better understanding, but also by the way of comparing their material elements. Due to the similarities between the offence of deception and the offence of trading in influence in the “let it be believed” way, the literature has the obligation to provide the necessary clarifications in order to eliminate any existing doubt.
