Additionally, we develop the max multiplicative operator applied to Lukasiewicz conjunction and disjunction operators in NFM. We conduct a comparative analysis of customer ratings across multiple criteria, using NFMs to handle imprecise data in multi-criteria decision analysis (MCDA). The enhanced NFMs provide a robust approach to complex evaluations, offering valuable insights for decision-making processes in various real-world applications. |
