| description | In recent years, modern education has faced a number of challenges: there is a shortage of young professionals with the necessary knowledge and skills to implement state youth policy; many young people tend to leave their regions in search for better living and working conditions, which creates a shortage of personnel in certain areas of the country. Young people often lack motivation and interest in participating in scientific research, government programs and initiatives, which reduces the effectiveness of their implementation. Insufficient funding for programs to support young personnel can limit opportunities for their development and professional growth. The lack of transparent criteria for selecting candidates for participation in support programs can cause mistrust among potential participants. This study addresses a key issue – the problem of reproduction and support of young personnel in higher education in the context of the implementation of state youth policy. Methods. Analysis and management audit, survey of faculty, educational support and administrative personnel aged 19–39 years of TUSUR. Results. They are based on a survey of employees aimed at job satisfaction, assessment of interest in the work performed, satisfaction with relationships with employees and management, etc. Not only overall satisfaction with their work was analyzed, but also its components. The authors conclude that satisfaction with the work of employees varies in different structural divisions of the university. Therefore, various management decisions should be applied to the specifics of each division. Analysis of the results of the study made it possible to identify the main criteria and, on their basis, make recommendations in order to improve effective work activity. |
