The figure of the Metropolitan Police is paramount in the fight against this social scourge, along with all the intervening agents: family, school, social services and others, is an authority close to the population that knows the child, its surroundings and with specific training and personal qualities, he can do a great job in the schools.
The conclusion is that the govermement should encourage the intervention of the local Police through the Tutor Agent, and directly, and jointly with the family and school, to get the environment, starting with the minor, teachers and the school, do not mute the harassment and have all the resources available to solve "on time" this serious problem. |
