Summary:The relevance of the article is due to the ongoing transformations in various spheres of human life, including the most vulnerable - educational. The education system is undergoing significant transformations. Could we have thoughtfive years ago that we would study in the distantformat? Of course not! On the world stage, many assumptions were made about the «replacement» of the teacher with electronic educational resources (EER), today we understand that even the advanced EER, which has transformed into the EER (digital educational resource), cannot fully replace a person. The purpose of the article is to update the concepts of the scientiic foundations of mentoring, which includes time management, designed to promote competent organization and fruitful cooperation of a preschool educational organization with participants in the educational process and social partners.
