It is noted that significant positive changes are revealed in the region's higher education system with the integration of the Crimea to the Russian Federation. The analysis of types of incentive payments in V. I. Vernadsky Crimean Federal University is made by authors. The positive role of incentive factors is defined by the awareness of employees in their results. |
