While investgatng the moderatng impact of psychological capital on the associaton of peer relatonship and organizatonal commitment, it was found that psychological capital strengthens the relatonship of peer relatonship and organizatonal commitment; and also strengthens the relatonship of organizatonal culture and organizatonal commitment as well. |
