This study is cross-sectonal by nature in which data were collected from the operatonal staff of Pakistan railways. While investgatng the moderatng impact of psychological capital on the associaton of peer relatonship and organizatonal commitment, it was found that psychological capital strengthens the relatonship of peer relatonship and organizatonal commitment; and also strengthens the relatonship of organizatonal culture and organizatonal commitment as well.
